Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of LogoAI (“the App”), developed and operated by Ttech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LogoAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

LogoAI is an AI-powered application that generates logos and stickers based on text prompts provided by users. The App offers both free (limited) and paid subscription tiers.

3 User Accounts & Access

LogoAI does not require account registration. Access is managed through your device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any activity that occurs through it.

4 Free Tier & Limitations

• Free users receive 3 AI generations per day.
• Free-tier images include a watermark.
• Certain features (gallery, transparent PNG export, WhatsApp & iMessage stickers) are reserved for Pro subscribers.
• Advertisements may be displayed to free-tier users.

5 Subscriptions & Payments

• Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week
• Annual Plan: $49.99 per year
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

6 AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by the App is created using third-party AI services (Recraft AI, Replicate).
• You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, including branding, marketing materials, social media, and merchandise.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarity to existing works. You are responsible for verifying that your use does not infringe third-party rights.
• We do not claim ownership of content you generate. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

7 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
• Resell or redistribute access to the App or its features.

8 Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, code, and underlying technology are owned by Ttech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “LogoAI” and the Ttech logo are trademarks of Ttech.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• AI-generated results will be accurate, unique, or free from defects.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ttech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
